STAY REGULATIONS

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in starts at 14:00 (self-check-in available)
• Check-out by 10:00
• Early check-in or late check-out available upon request (please let us know your arrival time so we can welcome you properly!)
• Luggage storage

Reservations and Cancellations

• Reservations with minimum stay in high season (3/4/7 nights)
• Payment by credit card, in exceptional cases and upon request by bank transfer or cash
• Standard rates: free cancellation up to 7 days (5 days in low season)
• Non-refundable rates: full payment in advance

Cleaning and Linen

• Daily room cleaning is included
  Towels are changed every 3–4 days
• Extra linen change (upon request, for a fee)
• In rooms with kitchenettes, extra cleaning available upon request (extra charge)

OTHER RULES

• Adult Only Facility (14+ years old)
• Pets not allowed
• Smoking only in designated outdoor areas
• Respect for the peace and decorum of the residence
• No use of personal electric stoves
• Privacy protection in accordance with GDPR regulations
